Customer Service - Claims

Claims are inevitable and many clients are not sure what to do when a claim happens, whether the insured is clearly at fault or not.

Some claims are small homeowner claims or very minor auto claims that do not involve another vehicle. In those cases the client may want to discuss the claim with us prior to submitting to the company.

That is fine, but in a case where there is serious damage to your home, or, in the case of an auto accident where there is injury to yourself or others it is best to get the claim reported as soon as possible and let the insurance company decide who is responsible. Timely reporting of a claim has shown to reduce the severity of claims and reduce lawsuits.
